These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Airoom: AI Room & Home Design mobile application (the "App"), operated by Rabie Boulaalam (Roomdeco), Morocco ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, whichever is greater) to use Airoom. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Airoom uses generative artificial intelligence to transform photos of rooms or spaces into redesigned visual concepts in selected styles. Designs generated by the App are conceptual visualizations, not architectural plans, engineering drawings, construction documents, or professional interior design services. Output should not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed architect, contractor, or designer.
The App is distributed through Apple's App Store and ties subscription entitlements to your Apple ID. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your Apple ID and for keeping your device secure.
If you reinstall the App or change devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option (in the paywall or Settings screen) to recover an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policy. We do not have direct control over refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own or control. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
"Your Content" means photos, prompts, and any other material you submit to the App.
You retain all ownership rights in Your Content. By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality (e.g., AI generation, your design Library).
You represent and warrant that:
Designs generated by the App ("Output") are produced by machine-learning models. As provided by current law in most jurisdictions, AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in the same manner as human-authored works. To the extent we have any rights in Output, we assign them to you for personal use, subject to these Terms.

The App, including its software, design, brand, logo, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
The App relies on third-party services including Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Replicate, Meta (Facebook SDK), TikTok (Business SDK), and Mixpanel. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT GENERATED DESIGNS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) Your Content; (c) your misuse of the App; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate by deleting the App and canceling any active subscription. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply, nothing in this section deprives you of those protections.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-App notice or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of a failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
